OGSM Software founded in 2018, is a leading and fast-growing web application to support strategy design and execution with the OGSM method, i.e. “your business plan on 1 page”.
To better serve the growing national and international customer base of the business, the shareholders of Bizaline, offering SaaS solutions for Service Contract Management and Program Management, and already the main supplier of OGSM Software, saw the potential and need to bring all its activities under one umbrella and turned to Park 56 for support. We advised the shareholders of Bizaline in the structuring of the transaction and supported them in the negotiations, which resulted in a transfer of all assets and activities to Bizaline.
